Muscadet is a dry white wine produced in the Nantes vineyard, southeast of Nantes. It is made from the Melon de Bourgogne grape and is distinguished by its freshness, minerality and citrus notes.

"Sur Lie" aging involves keeping the wine on its fine lees (natural yeast deposits) during the winter following the harvest. This technique gives the wine more roundness, complexity and slight sparkling notes.

Our Muscadet wines are best enjoyed between 8°C and 10°C. For oak-aged cuvées like our Chardonnay Réserve, a temperature of 10°C to 12°C allows you to better appreciate their complexity.
